Parisian brasserie established since 1965 at 80 rue de Grenelle, in the very heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
Our story is above all that of a lively place, rooted in the daily life of the neighborhood for over half a century. This bistro has welcomed several generations of loyal guests: early-morning regulars at the counter, staff from the nearby ministries, students, artists, curious tourists, or simply passersby drawn in by the unique atmosphere of the neighborhood.
From the very beginning, we've chosen a homemade, generous, and authentic cuisine. Simple dishes, well made, inspired by the great classics of French gastronomy: onion soup, andouillette, steak and fries, croque-monsieur, homemade burgers, freshly made crêpes... And always homemade desserts to end on a sweet note.
No shortcuts here: ingredients are fresh, dishes are prepared with care, and the welcome is warm and sincere, just like at home. We're not trying to reinvent cuisine — we simply want to offer a good time in a place full of life and memory.
Florès is also a place of passage and connection. Located just steps from the Invalides, the Rodin Museum, and Le Bon Marché, our terrace welcomes an eclectic and international clientele — while preserving the true soul of a Parisian bistro.

Behind Le Florès is a dedicated team, many of whom have been here for a long time, all driven by the same desire: to keep alive an authentic, warm, and lively place that doesn’t follow trends but stays true to its identity.
